  1. WHAT IS DEPRESSION?  [PSIEDU] Depression manifests itself in many ways: it affects our body, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. We can experience temporary states of sadness, anger, and dissatisfaction without having depression. Although it is unpleasant, depression can also have benefits – it helps us identify and solve certain problems.
  2. THE CAUSES OF MY DEPRESSION. THE BENEFITS BEYOND  [PSIEDU] Depression is caused by the interaction of several factors. In this module you will identify those factors that have caused and maintain your depression. Knowing them, you can intervene on them. The treatment of depression is done through psychotherapy, medication or combinations thereof. Depreter gives you the necessary tools for the remission of depression.
  3. WHAT IS ANXIETY ASSOCIATED WITH DEPRESSION?   [PSIEDU] Anxiety and depression often occur together. Long-term anxiety can lead to severe depression. Depression can also lead to anxiety problems. You will understand what anxiety is, identify if you suffer from such a problem, and be guided towards effective treatment.
  4. DEPRESSION. WHAT SHOULD THOSE CLOSE TO DO?  [PSIEDU] Depression is difficult not only for the person experiencing it, but also for those close to them. This module provides a guide to behaviors that those close to them can do to help the person with depression and to take care of themselves.
  5. ANTIDEPRESSANT BEHAVIORS  [DEPRESSION] Depression comes to control our lives: it dictates what actions we should or should not take. You will defeat depression by planning and practicing concrete actions that are incompatible with depression.
  6. PHYSICAL EXERCISES  [DEFAULT] Physical activity plays an important role in reducing negative emotional states. You will learn what the benefits of physical activity are for the mind and body. You will receive examples of suitable physical exercises for reducing depression and burnout and suggestions for integrating them more easily into your life.
  7. CHANGING YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOURSELF  [DEPRESSION] The way we view or behave with ourselves can help or sabotage us. In this module, you will learn what a constructive attitude towards yourself is and you will be guided to develop it. In life, and even more so in a delicate problem like depression, it is essential to be on your side, not against yourself, in order to win.
  8. CONTEMPLATION OF THOUGHTS   [DEFAULT] Our minds are full of thoughts, often negative, about ourselves and the world we live in. One way to stop being dominated by our negative thoughts is to contemplate thoughts, a meditation technique that helps you detach yourself from the thoughts that cause you suffering.
  9. CORRECTING DEPRESSIVE THINKING [DEPRESSION] Our negative thoughts, the negative way we interpret what we experience, cause and maintain our depression. You will learn a method by which you can correct depressive thoughts – the ICAR method. With its help, you will identify negative thoughts, counteract them, then overwrite them by producing healthy alternative thoughts and through repeated practice.
  10. PERSONAL ANTIDEPRESSIVE PROJECTS   [DEPRESSION] When we have personal projects and live our values, we are stronger in the face of life's adversities. Depression, although very unpleasant, is a good opportunity to reflect on the important things in our lives. In this module you will be guided to identify these valuable things and integrate them into your life. Your own values, personal projects give meaning to everyday life.
  11. DEVELOPMENT OF POSITIVE EMOTIONS   [DEFAULT] A pleasant life is not only about reducing suffering, but also about developing positive emotions. In this module you will learn and practice a series of exercises that generate positive emotions. For example: experiencing the pleasures and beauty of life, practicing strengths, awakening a repressed passion, offering help or expressing gratitude.
  12. AUTOGENIC TRAINING  [DEFAULT] Relaxation is a pleasant and necessary state for our health. It can occur spontaneously or be produced by practicing relaxation methods. In this module you will learn to practice one such very effective method – Autogenic Training.
  13. BREATHING CONTROL   [DEFAULT] When we are gripped by persistent states of stress, anxiety, exhaustion, depression, a breathing exercise can be helpful. In this module you will practice a breathing method designed to bring you the peace, calm, and rest necessary for revitalization.
  14. TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION  [DEFAULT] Our minds are full of thoughts and emotional states. In this module you will learn to practice a simple meditation exercise (adapted to the requirements of modern man), which will help you free your mind from the control of negative thoughts and feelings.
  15. MINDFULNESS MEDITATION   [DEPRESSION] Our minds are full of thoughts, often negative, about ourselves and the world we live in. One way to stop being dominated by our depressive thoughts is mindfulness meditation. It is based on focusing our attention on the sensations we feel in the present moment. In this module you will learn a mindfulness meditation technique to detach yourself from the thoughts that cause you suffering.
  16. DAILY MINDFULNESS PRACTICES  [DEFAULT] Mindfulness meditation is based on focusing your attention on real, present stimuli. This module presents a series of mindfulness meditation practices that will help you to observe your visual, auditory and bodily sensations detachedly, and to be able to live experiences as they are. You will notice the difference between living prisoner of your own painful thoughts, memories, judgments, versus living in the continuous flow of reality, with serenity, calm and detachment.
  17. INCREASING SLEEP QUALITY  [DEPRESSION] In depression we often face sleep problems: either we sleep too much (hypersomnia) or we cannot sleep (insomnia). In this module you will identify the factors that disrupt your sleep quality and learn methods to control them. A balanced sleep is essential for maintaining mental health. 
  18. OPTIMIZING DECISIONS  [DEFAULT] Impaired decision-making is one of the most common problems we face when we are going through a difficult time. Difficulties arise at one or more points in the decision-making process: before, during, or after we have made the decision. In this module you will learn methods to make decisions better and easier.
  19. PROBLEM SOLVING  [DEFAULT] Emotional difficulties greatly diminish our ability to solve problems. On the other hand, the way we solve our problems can deepen or reduce depression, anxiety, excessive stress. In this module you will learn methods to solve problems better and easier.
  20. PREVENTION OF RECURRENCE  [DEPRESSION] To maintain the results obtained, it is good that everything that is useful for you in reducing depression becomes, over time, a lifestyle. New episodes of depression may appear, they are not dangers, they are natural trials, which you can face through the skills you have already acquired. You will find in this module the solutions to prevent relapses or to face them if they occur.
  21. WHAT IS BURNOUT SYNDROME?   [PSIEDU] Burnout occurs after prolonged exposure to chronic stress at work and sets in gradually: first exhaustion appears, then a negative attitude or cynicism in relation to work and, finally, professional performance is affected. Its negative impact is felt at the level of the body, thoughts, behaviors, emotions. Burnout is difficult to experience, but it can give us the impetus to make some changes in our lives.
  22. BURNOUT SYNDROME – EXPLANATIONS AND INTERVENTION  [BURNOUT] Burnout is caused by the interaction of several factors. In this module you will identify those factors that led you to burnout and that maintain your condition. By knowing them, you can intervene on them and recover from burnout.
  23. AOPTIMIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT   [BURNOUT] The environment in which we work is important for our well-being. A favorable environment will favor our commitment and development, while a dysfunctional one, with multiple sources of stress, will favor the maintenance of burnout. Optimizing the organizational environment is, therefore, an important goal. The module provides directions for action to configure a work environment favorable to the recovery of well-being.
  24. JACOBSON PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION   [DEFAULT] Relaxation is a necessary state to maintain our health. It can occur spontaneously or can be produced by practicing relaxation methods. In this module you will learn one such method, called Progressive Muscle Relaxation, with which you can reduce your stress level.
  25. INCREASING SLEEP QUALITY IN BURNOUT  [BURNOUT] Sleep problems are common in burnout. In this module, you will learn how poor habits, intense mental activity, dysfunctional thinking, and physiological hyperactivation disrupt your sleep quality and practice methods to control them and recharge yourself. Balanced sleep is essential for recovery from burnout.
  26. MINDFULNESS MEDITATION IN BURNOUT  [DEFAULT] Mindfulness meditation is based on focusing your attention on real, present stimuli. This module presents a series of mindfulness meditation practices that will help you to observe your own visual, auditory, and bodily sensations detachedly and become more grounded in the present. This type of meditation can help you detach from things that cause suffering, from negative experiences, from unhealthy thought patterns that maintain negative states and lead to emotional exhaustion.
  27. VALUE OF TIME   [BURNOUT] The difficulties of organizing activities in the time you have can leave you exhausted at the end of a work day and with great deficiencies in your personal life. Starting from the aspects you value in this life, you will learn what and how to plan to move in the direction you have established. You will learn that a life lived with meaning can be sprinkled with moments of peace.
  28. MANAGEMENT OF THINKING STYLES IN BURNOUT  [BURNOUT] Our negative thoughts – the dysfunctional style of interpreting life experiences – cause and maintain our burnout. In this module you will learn what the most dysfunctional thinking styles and the most common thought management errors are. By knowing them, you will be one step closer to correcting them.
  29. CORRECTING THINKING STYLES IN BURNOUT  [BURNOUT] By correcting dysfunctional thinking styles we reduce burnout. In this module you will practice a method of correcting the thoughts that maintain your burnout – the ICAR method. With its help you will identify dysfunctional thoughts and confront them. Then you will overwrite them by producing healthy alternative thoughts that you will put into practice through constructive behaviors. Recommendation: it is advisable to go through the module “Management of thinking styles in burnout” beforehand.
  30. DEVELOPING ASSERTIVENESS [BURNOUT] Communication difficulties can generate a lot of tension, frustration, sadness, loneliness. You will start by observing your own tendencies to respond on the continuum of passive-aggressive-assertive reactions and you will reflect on the thoughts that prevent you from being assertive. You will learn how to train your assertive thoughts and behaviors, to capitalize on your rights and opportunities at work and in your personal life.
  31. GOOD ATTITUDE TOWARDS SELF AND OTHERS  [DEFAULT] It is very difficult for us when we carry with us the burden of a negative, harsh attitude towards ourselves and towards the people around us. This module offers guidance for acquiring a constructive attitude towards ourselves, an attitude filled with gentleness, tolerance, forgiveness, but also with courage, recognition of mistakes and responsibility for repairing them.
  32. INTERPERSONAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION   [DEFAULT] Conflicts are an inevitable part of our relationships. The way we argue can deepen our interpersonal problems or bring us closer to others. We can educate our skills to handle our conflicts in constructive ways that strengthen our relationships. In this module, you will reflect on your own way of reacting to a conflict and practice the skills to resolve your disagreements in a constructive manner.
  33. RECONCILIATION WITH IMPERFECTION  [DEFAULT] Unrealistic standards, harsh self-criticism, intolerance of mistakes are ways in which perfectionism subjugates us and prevents us from achieving our goals. By going through this module, you will observe your own relationship with perfectionism, you will practice letting go of self-criticism and blame, making room for flexibility, conscientiousness, perseverance. You will discover that you can be imperfect and fulfilled at the same time.
